Built a scalable team to conceive, ideate, develop, demonstrate, iterate and release a full product (including several external integrations) to market in 6 months. The team was motivated, in sync and moved as one toward a goal. The product was medium complexity and the ROI projection 18 months out was roughly half of all the other products combined. When I left, the product was on track to exceed that projection.
