Success story
For an emerging crowdsource delivery network I established a strategic framework and analysis to understand key drivers of on time deliveries and its key drivers such as driver supply and driver behavior. This lead product workstreams to generate changes to process & tech. Additionally, I stood up reporting of these metrics and reasons and conducted research with drivers to understand progress over time.
