Due to client expectations, we needed to expand our delivery of high-quality HR services (financial and consulting expertise) into 14 countries in a short period of time. I led the expansion project into 10 countries in an 18 month period from concept to full operations. Starting with creating a legislative and financial framework, to creating locally appropriate entities and partnerships, to employing workers in-country for our clients.
