Success story
When we created the NGCT program it was 3 projects with a limited scope covering 2 systems and maybe 40 people. Within a year of kick off the program grew to 11 projects and 6 systems and over 200 people. We successfully navigated and addressed the implications of this on timelines, budget and resources without missing a beat whilst ensuring senior management buy in and approval of changes. Upon completion this was recognized within the company as one of the most successful IT programs ever.
