One of my most successful stories was when I went to work for a company called RDW Group in 2003. They hired me to start their digital services division and in 2 years we went from 0% digital revenue to 40% digital revenue and I also acquired 2 Boston-based agencies for them which allowed them to expand their geographic footprint. I also became the youngest partner in the firm and the fastest to become partner in the company's history.
