Success story
I joined a mid-sized Legal services company as a Director, HRBP. In this role, I oversaw a team that supported over 3000+ employees - about 50% of those were sales EEs. Given the support needed to serve that many EEs, I quickly started operationalizing several pieces of the HR menu. The most notable was performance management. I designed a model titled, "ConsultHR" which was a mailbox where a team of generalists could quickly intake performance management requests & consult/support mgrs.
