Strengths in this role: I was able to remove many data silos and use of numerous excel spreadsheets and brought all processes under one platform. I created automations and workflows to reduce the amount of human input and error. One particular challenge, as is often the case with digital transformations, was gaining adoption by the team who had become very fixed in their ways and manual processes.
