Why hire me in a fractional role
I help companies move from concept to market quickly. I build product infrastructure and processes that enable scaling—validating product-market fit, establishing frameworks for roadmapping and research, and developing teams. I operationalize AI, design platforms that create leverage, and coach talent strategically. You get a seasoned product executive who works across the full stack—backend architecture to user experiences—without full-time overhead.
Experience
  • Executive Director

Strengths in this role: Strategic Planning: Use outcomes research to identify key opportunity areas. Coaching: Develop talent through autonomy and investment, not micromanagement. Communication: Tailor based on audience for resonance and persuasion. Research & Data: Ground decisions in user behavior and data. Platform Building: Build infrastructure enabling leverage. Lean Validation: Rapidly assess feasibility and user needs before further investment. Experimentation: Data-driven testing for iterative progress.

Industry Group: Finance

Industry: Financial Services

  • Success story

At UBS, I identified siloed client data as a critical pain point for wealth management advisors through outcomes-based research—high importance, low satisfaction. I built a working proof-of-concept that surfaces relevant client data in context. Early technical assessment and prioritizing outcomes enabled the POC to successfully scale into what is now UBS's AI for Financial Advisors platform, which saves advisors 3-4 hours per meeting and facilitates multi-million dollar asset moves.
