At UBS, I identified siloed client data as a critical pain point for wealth management advisors through outcomes-based research—high importance, low satisfaction. I built a working proof-of-concept that surfaces relevant client data in context. Early technical assessment and prioritizing outcomes enabled the POC to successfully scale into what is now UBS's AI for Financial Advisors platform, which saves advisors 3-4 hours per meeting and facilitates multi-million dollar asset moves.
