Success story
As my company's niche market shifted, I realized we needed to adjust from a proprietary brand only supplier to adding a store brand offering for the national retailers. Rite Aid was a retailer supplied 100% by a brand competitor. In addition to building a state of the art manufacturing facility from scratch, I strategized custom products, made multiple presentations to executive staff and negotiated with vendors for the right costs. Ultimately, I led the team that landed all of their business.
