This included building a new vision and strategy, rebuild of the innovation agenda, streamlining portfolio and geographic footprint and structural P&L improvements. I led the (largest to date) acquisition of Lindor® from P&G,which enhanced our European footprint and strengthened overall portfolio.I chaired the Team leading Company Culture transformation project.
