Success story
One example that reflects how I work was building III Ventures from concept to an integrated operating platform designed to solve a problem I kept seeing across finance, technology, healthcare, and real estate: companies often fail not because of lack of ideas, but because execution breaks down between capital and scale. Instead of creating a traditional venture fund alone, I structured a three-part platform combining real assets, an advisory | venture studio, and a venture fund.
