Amazon Prime Day - I proposed the strategic vision, plan and secured approval in building the team that built the software stack for Amazon Prime Day. This software stack supports millions of customers, peak traffic of ~130,000 transactions per second and across 20+ countries. This needed interactions with Amazon Retail CEO, Prime VPs and SVPs across 10+ divisions while growing an organization from scratch to deliver a successful product visible across Amazon.
