    I helped a startup scale from local to national and set them up to scale further with efficient and effective systems and productive and engaged teams. To provide more context, I joined the team when it was just the CEO and a technical consultant who later became the CTO. I got the company registered and set up the books, then helped hire the first 2 interns, who then became the first 2 employees. I set up a CRM, negotiated with vendors, and basically managed the business and team.
