Responsible for defining and leading the talent acquisition strategy to support the growth of a talent road-map while strengthening recruiting models and programs. Reporting to the CEO, CFO or Chief HR Officer, this role works diligently to partner with business units to identify talent gaps, develop and implement recruiting tools and processes, and scale the overall talent acquisition organization. Functions may include sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, on-boarding and training. Analyze human capital data and industry trends to guide recommendations on company policy, build workplace culture to improve employee retention, and lead change in management efforts as they relate to human capital.
